Ber Singh Davar is visiting Kanad village in Dewas district, Madhya Pradesh and speaking to farmers who say a canal was built here 3 years ago after taking their lands. Many farmers lost their land, but the work is incomplete. Neither they have got compensation nor the canal is completed.
