Bes Singh Davar is visiting adivasi village Badel in Mehandikheda panchayat of Khargaun district in Madhya Pradesh where villagers tell him that they don’t have electricity from 15 days. Electricity dept says unless all the villagers pay their bill the electricity will not start. half the villagers have paid their bill and half has promised to do so by next week but dept is not listening.
