Forest dept puts fencing between forest and villages, Men animal suffering...

Ber Singh Davar is visiting Semlikheda village in Bagli tahsil of Dewas district in MP where villagers tell him that forest department has raised a fencing between the villages nearby and the forest they used to use. Now they are neither able to get wood for fire nor their animals are able to graze. They are also unable to go to forest for call to nature.
