Jeevan Thakur from Kawardha district of Chhattisgarh is drawing our attention that the jail is Kawardha was completed 2 years ago and has not been inaugurated yet where as govt has spend Rs 60 lakhs in transportation of prisoners who belong to the district but are jailed in jails in another districts.
