Govt had built their houses in 2001 but all of them are now in bad condition. They are leaking in rains and can fall any time. JM Rangeela is visiting Dumrivihar village in Siyari panchayat of Bokaro district in Jharkhand where he meets farmers who tell him that Tenughat Vidyut Nigam ( electricity company) took their land in 1981 but they are yet to get compensation.
