Primary school for adivasi children has building & toilet but no water facility...

JM Rangeela is visiting Tulbul village in Gomia block of Bokaro district where he finds a primary school with 64 adivasi children. The school has a building with toilet but it has no water facility. The para teacher says authorities had tried to dig a bore but that was no successful.
