Community house work started in our village 2 years ago, still incomplete...

JM Rangeela is calling from Dumri village, Siari Panchayat, Bokaro district Jharkhand and says construction of community building started in 2011 at cost of 21 lakhs but is still incomplete after 2 years. Shyam Sundar from the village says it is because of corruption that work is not progressing and there are many such examples of corruption in Bokaro district.
