Nathulal Rathore is calling from Chorbhatti village in Jaitahari block in Anuppur districtof MP. He says an electric transformer was installed in their village 5 years ago under Rajiv Gandhi Rural electrification scheme. But the transformer was broken from beginning and was never repaired.
