Nathulal Rathore is calling from Semarwar village in Jaitahari block of Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh. He says laborers were not paid for 3 month’s work done 8 months back in the village. After they reported about it on Swara officials including Collector ordered the contractor to pay the laborers within a week.
