Medha Patkar leader of Narmada Bachao Andolan says according to clause 24(2) of new Land acquisition act if a farmer has not taken compensation 5 years after the land acquisition then that process is null and void. So many in Narmada valley are owner of their land again who has not taken compensation. She says many have not been rehabilitated and now Govt has decided to increase the height of dam which is against the law. Medha@8085902811
