Bineshwar Nayak is a Dalit boy in a village in Ramgarh district of Jharkhand. He is telling us that 1500 upper caste people today have beaten up 300 Dalits in his village. Dalit leader Sukha Nayak is seriously injured. Dalits have developed some forest land to cultivable but upper caste people want Dalits to continue to work as labors in their land.
