Babli Painkra is visiting Ghugrikala village in Shankagarh block of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh where villagers raj tells her that their primary school teacher does not come to school regularly thus children are suffering. He comes once in weeks. This was complained to officials many tiems but no action has been taken. They are requesting to replace him.
