Rajendra Gupta from Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh is talking to villagers who tell him that there was a big pond on Khasra no 299/1 and people from all nearby villages used it. But now the pond has dried up and a State Bank is running on the land. On record it is still shown as pond. Rajendra Gupta is calling from Tamnar village in Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh and says they have a power plant in the village but the village still suffers from endless power cuts which has made life difficult. The villagers have complained to officials but no action have been taken or assurance given. He says it is like living in ocean and not having any water. Rajendra Gupta is calling from Bankheta-Kodkel village in block Tamnar, Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh where adivasi villagers tell him that administration with Hindalco company demolished their homes without warning. After protest they assured to give living allowance of Rs.3000 per month for an year. They got the allowance just for a month and then it stopped.
