Our pond has become State Bank, Please dig it again so all of us can use it...

Rajendra Gupta from Tamnar, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh is talking to villagers who tell him that there was a big pond on Khasra no 299/1 and people from all nearby villages used it. But now the pond has dried up and a State Bank is running on the land. On record it is still shown as pond.
