Rajendra Gupta is calling from Tamnar village in Raigarh district, Chhattisgarh and says they have a power plant in the village but the village still suffers from endless power cuts which has made life difficult. The villagers have complained to officials but no action have been taken or assurance given. He says it is like living in ocean and not having any water.
