Some have been told that their cards can not be renewed now. There is a drought in the area and adivasis are surviving somehow. Ashok Kumar Kori is visiting Kutla village and Panchayat in Jawa block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and is talking to villagers who tell him that on 25th February 2016 they had recorded a message on CGnet Swara that many of them are not getting subsidized foodgrain as they did not have a ration card and a token.
