Local officers asking for bribe to renew ration cards to get subsidized grain...

Ashok Kori is visiting Kutila village in Jaba block of Rewa district in MP where he meets Buddhasen Kol, an adivasi who tells him that when they go for token for getting grain in subsidized rate from Public Distribution System the officers are asking for bribe of Rs 500 to 1000.
