He suggests to take Terminalia chebula ( Small Haritaki) 50 gms fried in ghee, Vitis vinifera Linn ( dry seed of grapes) 50 grms, Rose leaf 50 gms, Cassia Augustifolia ( Sanai leaf) 50 gms and mix all of them after drying and grinding. Add 20 grms Rock salt to it. Take one spoon of this mixture after meal every day twice with water. You can also take it with semi-hot water.
