Prakash Gupta is visiting Bilaspur village in Batauli block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh where he finds villagers planting paddy sapling on a road in protest which was built after spending more than Rs 5.22 lakhs only some time back under NREGA. The condition of road is so bad that it is difficult to even walk. Upendra Kushwaha is calling from Kerketta village in Utari road block of Palamu district in Jharkhand and talking to Nanu Mahto an old man who was sanctioned support of Rs 5000 for medical help by welfare officer but local officers were making him go round.
