No bridge on river, people died for no healthcare, no school for children in rain...

Prakash Gupta is visiting Astgawan village in Narmadapur block of Surguja district in Mainpat area in Chhattisgarh. He is talking to headman Shivkumar who tells him that they have many problems in the village but the main is of no bridge on river. One women have died during child birth because ambulance could not reach, some died of Cholera. Parents tell children not to go to school in rainy season.
