He says though there are more than 1.5 lakh people registered as handicapped people in Govt recrods but only 18,000 get any pension. KM bhai today is telling a story about an old woman whose son was abducted few months back but she has not been able to file a report yet and running from pillar to post. This lady in Kanpur had only one son in the family who took care of her. Once the son is gone the lady have no food or support.
