Vaidya Gajendra Gupta from Maharajpur,Mandla, Madhya Pradesh is suggesting treatment for cough and cold: Take some leaves of Malabar nut tree or Adoosa(Justicia adhatoda) and dry it in the shade, make a fine powder and take it regularly in morning and evening (3 to 6 grams) with honey. He also recommends using lukewarm water for drinking, taking bath in hot water, morning walk and while taking medicine to avoid alcohol, smoking and spicy food. Swasthya Swara@8602008999

He says Traditional healers from entire Bastar region has assembled in 3 day meeting to think on future strategy to save herbs and Traditional healers. He says Bastar is surviving because of its Traditional healers. But with reducing forest, herbs are also disappearing.
