Santlal Chaudhari is calling from Manaura village and panchayat in Jaitahri block of Anuppur district in Madhya Pradesh and talking to Sukhlal who says hand pump was broken in ward no 4 from long and officers were not paying attention. Then they recorded a message on CGNet Swara on 2nd Aug 2015 and after that now hand pump has got repaired and they are getting clean water.
