Ramvilas Gond from Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh is telling us that in the middle of rains today forest department has broken the hosues of adivasis. He says it is an illegal act as the application of these adivasis under Forest Rights act are still pending and no one can break houses when a matter is under consideration. The people today are busy looking for some shade for their children in rain and will sit on dharna from tomorrow to challenge this act and take back their rights on their land,water and forest.
