Police arrested brother 10 years back suspecting as maoist, can't fight case...

Rabishankar Pradhan is talking to a linguist Nimai Panigrahy from Bolangir district in western Odisha who is telling in his mother tongue Koshli language that primary education must be given in mother tongues like Koshli. Brick kiln damaging agriculture, water pipe, complaints to officers don't work...
Rabi is calling from Ganjatoli of Sunaparbat village of Swidihi Panchayat, Latikata block, Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to villagers who says in Sadri language that a brick kiln operating there from 5 years is causing lots of problem to villagers.
