Maya Ram Sarpanch from Sarpani village in Gram Panchayat Chhindi block Pandaria, Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh says 4 out of 5 hand pumps are not working in his village and 80 adivasi families are forced to go down 2 kms down the hills to fetch drinking water from a dirty nullah.
