He suggests taking 2 leafs of custard apple, 4 leafs of Curry leaves (meetha neem) empty stomach every morning with one glass of cold water. Pls also take half spoon of Gudmar( Gymnema Sylvestre). Applying mixture of 25ml Mustard oil and 10gms Camphor on sores with liquid discharge is effective. In case of dry itching & sores applying Karanj oil (Beech Tree) is also useful. Drinking warm milk after adding Trikut (mixture of black peeper, dry ginger & long pepper) & jaggery is helpful. If you get no benefits by doing so, drink warm milk after mixing ½ spoon baking soda, it is helpful for removing cough.
