Anigi Venkaiah is calling from Tulugonda village in Chinturu Mandal of Khammam district in Andhra Pradesh and says in his Gondi language that 1,000 Adivasis live in their village but there is no proper drinking water facility till today. From the past 5 years officers are saying that a water tank will be built but no progress has been made so far.
