Lekhram Yadav is visiting Seoni village and panchayat in Manpur block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh and talking to some students who tell him that connecting road to their village is in bad shape and they need to miss school in rains because the road is muddy and almost impossible to even walk.
