Vishnu Bamaniya from Village Chapda,tahsil Bagli in District Dewas of Madhya Pradesh is telling that in chapda panchayat there is a village called Laksmi Nagar, where handpump is not working from last one year. Villagers is facing many problems. They complained to officials, but they are not responding.
