Somar Sai Painkra says I live far off from District headquarter Raigarh in Chhattisgarh and I am an adivasi farmer. But I try to file RTI applications. Recently I filed RTI application to know how many people have filed appeal for Forest Rights act and how many have got lands. But district officials told me that I should go to lower officials.
