Rajesh Singh is calling from Lalmati village of Rigar panchayat in Ratanpur area in Kota block of Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh and talking to villagers who say 5 of them did not have ration cards and were issued the same sometime back after lots of efforts but the ration dealer has been harassing them since and not giving their ration from 9 month.
