Rajesh calling from Motey Scheduled Tribe colony in Burgamphad Mandal of Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. He says they are 50 adivasi families but they have no source of drinking water. There is a sream at 2 kms but that has also dried. They need to walk 5 kms to fetch water and children are falling ill by using dirty water from the stream. You are requested to help.
