Rajbhan Kol is calling from Rajbaria Kala village in Rampur Naikin tehsil of Sidhi district in Madhya Pradesh and says Govt has built many unfinished and uncovered ditches to build toilets under Swachchh Bharat(Clean India) Mission in their village which have now got filled with water in rains and they fear children can fall there in accident. I have 7 members in the family but only names of 6 people are included in computer list. In token they show 20 kg of grain but actually they give 15 kg.
