They can also get it from someone nearby with smartphone and internet and then via Bluetooth.

Pavan has reached village Loshanga in Lakhanpur block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh with CGnet People’s Journalism Awareness Tour where they performed street play with the help of puppet to show how villagers can become Journalists by using their mobile phones where he met Rakesh Tirkey who tells him that in their part of village there are no handpumps so they need to walk a kilometer to get water.
