Pradeep from Alirajpur district in Madhya Pradesh is telling us about Bhagoria festival which started today. This festival goes on for a week till Holi. Many adivasis from this region migrate to other part of the country in search of work and they come back home for Bhagoria and again goes back after Holi. Dheerendra Singh Maliya from Dharmajaigarh block in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh is visiting Omna village where elephants have destroyed houses last night. Affected villagers tell him that a herd of 40 elephants is roaming in the area from one week and an elephant which has got separated is harming villagers. Forest dept is not helping.
