Rukmini traveling with Citizen Journalism Awareness Tour has reached Pusganawan village in Udaipur block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. She is talking to villagers who tell her that they got a hand pump in the school and was using that. But they allege that due to a coal mine nearby the water is now giving bitter taste and they need to fetch water from far. They have complained to officials but no help has come so far. They fetch drinking water from 5-6 kms there is no question of water for bathing. Now NMDC is giving notice to people and want to remove them.
