Rukmini traveling with Citizen Journalism Awareness Tour has reached Pusganawan village in Udaipur block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. She is talking to villagers who tell her that they got a hand pump in the school and was using that. But they allege that due to a coal mine nearby the water is now giving bitter taste and they need to fetch water from far. They have complained to officials but no help has come so far.
