Ganesh prasad Verma is calling from Garha-138 village of Jawa tehsil of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh and says 2 hand pumps were broken from long in their village and it was reported on Swara on 1st July 2015 by Ghanshyam Marskole during the CGNet Swara Citizen Journalism Awreness Yatra and after that now both hand pumps have got repaired. Laljeet Kandra is calling from Pandhripani village and post in Patthalgaon block of Jashpur district in Chhattisgarh and says transformer is broken in their area from last 10 days and villagers are forced to live in the dark. This was complained to officials many times but no action has been taken. Mechanic says a new transformer need to be installed but officer says they will send mechanic. Chandmani Shandil is calling from Baskona Basti in Ergeda village under Banki panchayat in Gurundiya block of Sundergarh district in Odisha and talking to villagers who tell her in Sadri language that the condition of connecting road to their village was very bad for years and it was difficult to even walk in rains and officers didn’t listen.
