Ramprasad Nishad is telling traditional method to get rid of physical weakness. Grind 100 gms Khamar bark (Gmelina arborea) & 100 gms Gular bark (Cluster Fig Tree) and boil them in 500 ml water until 200 ml water remains. Afterwards mesh all contents & after filtration add some sugar candy to it. Giving this combination in 50 ml quantity twice a day is very useful for removing physical weakness. He says on 7th June I had reported on Swara that both the hand pumps in the village are broken and officials are not listening to complaint by Kol adivasis who live in the village.
