18 Dalits don't have name in BPL list, running from pillar to post, no one helps...

Ramashankar is calling from Gidurha village of Jaba tahsil in Rewa district of Madhya Pradesh. There he meets 18 Dalit villagers who’s names have not recorded in Below Poverty Line list, and Ration card is not issued to them. They’ve complained to official but no action has been taken.
