My name is Raju Kumar. I am calling from Nawada village in Chatra district of Jharkhand. 65 years after independence my village does not have any road, electricity or irrigation facility. There is road now being built but the quality of construction is very bad and no one is listening to our complaint. We have 12 schools in this area but the level of education is pathetic. He says in his village high school in Semaria block there are only 1 teacher and 2 para teachers for 300 students. From last year some local educated youth are helping the students free of cost. He tried to help these volunteers get Indira Awas facility as they also belong to Below Poverty Line but they were not given the facility because they denied to give bribe.
