Giridhari Patro is calling from Bhavanipatna town in Kalahandi district of Odisha where district administration is removing shops on road side by force to widen the road without proper rehabilitation. He is talking to some who say these shopkeepers are working there for many years and asks for whom this widening is being done for people or for corporate.
