In rain it's impossible to walk on connecting road to our village, no one helps...

Dharmendra Kumar is calling from ward no 6 of Sanawal village in Ramchandrapur tehsil in Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh to say that half a kilometer road till their part of village becomes impossible to negotiate during rains. If someone falls sick then s/he needs to be carried on a cot. They have been requesting officers for long but no one listens.
