KM bhai from Kanpur is reporting about a case from Kanpur where a Dalit BPL card holder was forced to pay fees in a Govt hospital in Kanpur. KM bhai tells that this dalit laborer was also not given any receipt for all the money he paid the doctors for his wife’s operation and medicines. He says though these bricks also make the buildings where our policymakers in Delhi live and make laws but there are no schools for the children of these workers.
