Dalit BPL card holder forced to pay fee in Govt hospital

KM bhai from Kanpur is reporting about a case from Kanpur where a Dalit BPL card holder was forced to pay fees in a Govt hospital in Kanpur. KM bhai tells that this dalit laborer was also not given any receipt for all the money he paid the doctors for his wife’s operation and medicines. He says Govt claims to run so many health schemes for poor but in reality a Dalit BPL card holder also is not given these facilites. For more on the case please contact KM bhai at 08756011826
