My name is Raju Kumar and I want to tell you about corruption in pond making in my district Chatra in Jharkhand. According to this national scheme each group was supposed to get Rs 50,000 for pond construction. Each group was asked to pay Rs 15,000 as bribe. I am president of one such group and refused to pay bribe. After our refusal other groups followed and in result the entire money for this scheme was sent back.
