Poor selling forest wood in absense of alternative livelihood, harming forest

My name is Raju Kumar. I am calling from Chatra district of Jharkhand. I see here regularly around 5000 people sell forest produce including wood to the city. Many truck loads of leaves leave the city every week. These people are destroying the forest and also harming the wildlife. But these are poor people and have no other souce of livelihood.
