Vaid Ramprasad Nishad from village Juganikala in Farasgaon, Kondagaon, Chhattisgarh is telling us a traditional remedy for abdominal weaknesses. He says make powder of dry ginger & Carom seeds & add sufficient amount of lemon juice in it and after drying in shade add small amount of salt to it.
