Our transformer broken from 3 months, officers don't listen, pls call officers...

Ram Singh Markam is calling from ward no 4 of Charwahi village in Panchayat Shivgarh thana Kelhari tehsil Manendragarh in Korea district of Chhattisgarh and says their transformer is broken from 3 months and 25 families are suffering. They have complained to all officers and also local leaders including the MLA but no one helps.
